This policy explains what information Tandon UroCare Clinic ("the clinic", "we") handles when you use tandonurocareclinic.in, why we handle it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

2. Information you choose to share

Appointment form

The form asks for your name, mobile number, preferred date, concern and an optional description. These details are not sent to our website or stored on a server. When you press the button, your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message, and we receive it only if you press send there. WhatsApp handles that message under its own privacy policy.

Phone, WhatsApp and email

If you call or write to us, we receive whatever you choose to tell us, along with your phone number or email address.

Health details

Your messages may include information about your health. Please share only what we need to book your appointment. You can bring reports with you to the clinic.

3. How we use your information

We use it to reply to you, arrange and confirm appointments, provide your care and meet our legal duties.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Information collected automatically

Vercel, our hosting provider, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.

5. Cookies and similar technology

This website does not set any cookies of its own. Two things are stored or loaded in your browser:

• Your cookie choice. If you turn the map off or allow it, we remember that in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
• Google Map. The map on the home page comes from Google, which may set cookies and receive your IP address. It is on by default and loads as you reach it on the page.

You can turn the map off, or back on, at any time in the cookie settings.

6. Other services we link to or use

• Google Maps. Direction and map links take you to Google, which applies its own privacy policy.
• Google reviews. Our server collects published reviews from Google. Reviewers' profile photos load from Google's servers, so Google may see your IP address.
• WhatsApp. Links and the appointment form open WhatsApp, which applies its own privacy policy.
• Facebook and Instagram. The links in the footer take you to our pages on Facebook and Instagram. Meta runs both services and applies its own privacy policy once you open them. Nothing from Meta loads on this website.

7. How long we keep information

We keep messages and appointment details for as long as we need them to arrange and provide your care, and for any period the law requires for medical records.

8. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
• correct, complete or update your data
• erase your data when we no longer need it and the law does not require us to keep it
• stop using your data where you withdraw your consent
• accept a person you nominate to use these rights if you become unable to

To use any of these rights, call or email us using the details in section 1. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Patients under 18

A parent or guardian should contact us on behalf of a patient under 18.

10. Security

This website uses HTTPS. Messages sent by WhatsApp or email depend on the security of those services, and no website or messaging service can be completely secure.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
